A Spectacular Community on the Mountaintop
The newest, highest, and final section in award-winning Cordillera, The Summit is a 2,700-acre community bordered by over 3 million acres of White River National Forest land. A perfect mountain setting, The Summit offers views of the Gore and Sawatch Ranges, New York Mountain, Seven Hermits, Castle Peak and the Flat Tops.
Much of the architectural styling in The Summit is similar to those of The Ranch and Cordillera Valley Club, enhancing and respecting the traditional Western environment. Residents here benefit from unequaled privacy and generous open space.
The Summit Golf Course is the Centerpiece
Golf legend Jack Nicklaus, winner of over 100 tournaments worldwide, brings over 30 years of design experience to Cordillera with his championship 18-hole, par-72 Summit course, which opened for play in 2001. Nicklaus is a 4-time US Open Champion with a career spanning five decades.
