Welcome to Vail!   As soon as you drive down from Vail Pass and have enjoyed the incredible scenery, the East Vail Exit is your very first introduction into the Vail Valley.   East Vail is on the south side and situated on the north side of I-70,  you will find the neighborhood of Booth Creek.   It is best known for the sunny location and close proximity of the Vail Golf Course and Vail Village.   It is also the home to Vail�s long time private school called � Vail Mountain School �.    The mountains make an incredible background   (back drop) for the only independent, co-educational, college preparatory school which serves students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in Eagle and Summit Counties.

With only a few short minutes, it is very convenient to skiing, shopping and many fabulous restaurants.    Homes line this area along with a few condominium and townhome complexes.   Depending to the properties location, you may be able to walk to the bus stop.   Many owners and visitors have discovered this gorgeous hike known as Booth Creek Trail.    As you explore this trail, you will find breathtaking water falls and views of Gore Creek.   The natural surroundings and the incredible paintings nature creates for us, it a truly magnificent site.   No wonder this is such a popular destination!
