VVL - Culture - Hot Summer Nights

If you are looking for your friends on a Tuesday night during the summer, chances are you will find them at the Ford Amphitheatre.  Many of the locals know that this is the place to be to enjoy mountain fresh air and great music!  If you are visiting and fortunate to experience these events, you will be glad you did!

Although the music begins at 6:30, people in the know realize how important it is to get there early!  If you want to find your “perfect” spot or get your favorite beverage, definitely show up ahead of time.  As you walk around, you will be surrounded by smiling faces, laughter and of course, great tunes!  Why?  Well how does this sound…..views of rugged mountains, green grass, gorgeous flowers, blue skies, various bands to enjoy and in the company of friends.  From mid-June through mid-August, you will hear different venues including blues, rock, reggae, country and more!

Whether you choose to make a night of it or just go to the show, you won’t be disappointed.  Many people plan their week around Hot Summer Nights.  Maybe you want to get a early dinner and finish the evening at the concert.  Or, you may prefer to start you night at the Hot Summer Nights and continue on in Vail Village.  Whatever you choose, you will want to come back for another show!
