The Alphorn building is located at 121 West Meadow Drive, the second building to the east of the Vail Hospital and Steadman-Hawkins Clinic, a 3-4 minute walk. Meadow Drive is on the main free in-town bus route between Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak, the three access points for skiing in Vail. It is also a relatively quiet street, since there is no through traffic permitted except for the town buses.
The ground floor end units have a south facing patio in the front that looks at the mountain. The building has assigned parking for each unit. The parking surfaces in the front of the building are heated.
The Alphorn units are all two bedroom, two bath with adequate storage, closets in each bedroom, a front hall coat closet and a large "owners" closet. The owners closet includes all towels, linens, etc. as well as additional storage and a clothes washer and dryer.
