Seven Eagles is located in the Cordillera Valley Club and is comprised of seven single family residences approximately 3,300 square feet each. Their location overlooks the 4th green of the Valley Course. The design concept is that of a "cottage" feel. The exterior focuses on stone accents and cedar siding. The large windows capture the views over the fourth hole with a stream running near most homes.  Floor plans include a master bedroom suite, great room, and kitchen on the main level; secondary master suite and family room on the walkout level.
