The Cordillera Valley Club is a special section of Cordillera that maintains the benefits of ownership, yet is conveniently located just north of Interstate 70, with southern exposure, views, and tremendous sunshine. The Valley Club is made up of 145 residences, 366 acres, The Valley Course, and its clubhouse/proshop. Pro-golfer Tom Fazio designed his Valley Course to make the most of the high desert topography and natural hazards in the Colorado landscape. Fazio has been voted "Golf Course Designer of the Year" for five consecutive years by Golf Course News.
