Can You Say "Dream Location"?
Eagle-Vail is ideally located in between Vail and Beaver Creek, making it a very popular neighborhood for locals and second homeowners!
The neighborhood is a collection of condos, townhomes, duplexes and single family homes. Due to Eagle-Vail’s inception in the 1970s, the landscape is scattered with mature trees and beautiful forested areas. The area’s flat terrain also creates a comfortable stroll, as well as going out for a run or a casual bike ride. You will also find cute pocket parks for children to play!
In addition to Eagle-Vail’s convenient location, it also features a beautiful golf course, a Par 3 course along with a pool and tennis club to use during the summer season, or for cross-country skiing in the winter. Another exciting aspect to Eagle-Vail are the nearby hiking trails, which are also snowshoe trails in the winter.

What a View!
If you are looking for views and to settle along a mountainside, then you will want to consider Whiskey Hill. This also happens to be the location of the Eagle-Vail Club House. If you look up towards Whiskey Hill, you will see large, beautiful new homes. You will also find quaint older homes, some of which have been remodeled. Your views range to the golf course and west towards Avon.
From Shops to the Ski Slopes...
In addition to everything else this neighborhood has to offer, it is perfectly located for completing daily chores. The easiest stop is the convenience store and gas station which is right by Deer Blvd (the western part of Eagle-Vail). You also are only minutes from grocery shopping, restaurants, Wal-Mart, Home Depot and various other stores. For those skiers who want to be there for the first chairlift ride, you are only a few miles from Beaver Creek. If you prefer, you can hop on the entrance to I-70 (which is by the most eastern entrance to Eagle-Vail) and you are only three exits away from the Vail Village entrance.
